SA106B is steel for boiler steel pipes, SA106B is the American standard, and the standard ASME SA106M is implemented.
Mainly used to manufacture high pressure and higher parameter boiler pipe fittings, low temperature section superheater, reheater, economizer and water cooling wall, etc. Large-diameter pipes are used as steam pipes, headers (economizers, water walls, low-temperature superheaters and reheater headers) with wall temperature ≤450℃, pipeline accessories with medium temperature ≤450℃, etc.
Most of the large diameter pipes in 300MW boilers use SA106C. The parts used by this steel in the Iranian furnace (referring to a single unit) are the steam connection pipe (quantity is 18 tons), the economizer to the drum connection pipe (15 tons), the centralized descending pipe (190 tons), the water wall collector. tank (35 tons), superheater header (22 tons), reheater header (6 tons).
