Fire steel pipe fittings refer to the metal joints on fire pipe belts. As a product made of special materials, the connection operation is very simple and does not require special professional skills. Ordinary workers can operate it with simple training. On the other hand, fire steel pipe fittings have relatively high performance and strength in many aspects such as connection sealing and pressure resistance.
1. Currently, the fire protection trench steel pipe fittings produced in my country can be divided into two categories:
①. Steel pipe fittings that function as connection seals include rigid joints, flexible joints, mechanical tees, and grooved flanges;
②. Steel pipe fittings that serve as connection transitions include elbows, tees, crosses, reducers, blind plates, etc.
PS: Fire trench steel pipe fittings that serve as connection seals mainly consist of three parts: sealing rubber rings, clamps, and locking bolts. The inner rubber sealing ring is placed on the outside of the connected pipe and matches the pre-rolled groove. Then buckle the clamp on the outside of the rubber ring and tighten it with two bolts. Due to the unique sealable structural design of its rubber sealing ring and clamp, the groove connection has good sealing performance, and as the fluid pressure in the pipe increases, its sealing performance increases accordingly.
2. Introduction to several common fire steel fittings:
①. Drainage and fire protection steel pipe fittings: ordinary drainage cast iron socket pipes and steel pipe fittings. Flexible anti-seismic interface drainage cast iron straight pipes. These cast iron pipes are sealed with rubber rings and fastened with bolts. They have excellent flexibility and elasticity under internal water pressure. It can adapt to large axial displacement and lateral flexural deformation. It is suitable for indoor drainage pipes in high-rise buildings and is very suitable for earthquake zones.
②. Water supply cast iron pipe: lightweight, thin wall, pressure resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, earthquake resistance, and other properties. The pipe interface adopts a flexible interface and has a certain elongation and deflection angle. It has the advantages of pig iron pipe and steel pipe material, avoiding the shortcomings of iron and steel. The water supply cast iron pipe has a high-pressure bearing and is suitable for the transportation of pressure fluids such as water and gas.
③. Sand centrifugal fire straight pipe: The raw material of sand centrifugal cast iron straight pipe is gray cast iron, which is suitable for transporting pressure fluids such as water and gas.
④. Continuous fire-fighting straight pipe: Continuous fire-fighting straight pipe is a gray-mouth fire-fighting pipe for continuous fire protection. It is suitable for transporting pressure fluids such as water and gas.
