What are the quality requirements for pipeline pickling?
(1) After pickling, the rust and oil stains on the inner wall of the pipe are completely eliminated, and the cleanliness should meet the requirements of the relevant standards.
(2) Pickling parts must not be over pickled. If the pipeline is soaked in pickling solution for too long, the steel surface will become rough and form a honeycomb surface.
(3) Pickled parts must not be under pickled. If the immersion time of the pipe material in the pickling solution is too short or the concentration of the pickling solution is insufficient, the steel will still have thin rust or iron scale after the pickling.
(4) Ensure that the thread and the acid-resistant seals are not corroded. The acid-resistant seals should be temporarily replaced with acid-resistant seals.
