Everyone knows that when we transport all kinds of things, we need to check carefully, especially large-scale materials, which need to be checked two or three times before entering or leaving the warehouse. So how should the anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe be checked when entering and leaving the warehouse? What should be paid attention to in its transportation and loading and unloading? 1) How to check the entry and exit of anti-corrosion spiral steel pipes?

1. Carry out root-by-root inspection to ensure that the surface of the polyethylene layer is smooth and smooth, without dark bubbles, pitting, wrinkles, and cracks as a whole, and the overall color needs to be uniform. There should be no excessive corrosion on the surface of the pipe.

2. The bending degree of the steel pipe should be less than 0.2% of the length of the steel pipe, and its ellipticity should be less than or equal to 0.2% of the outer diameter of the steel pipe. The local unevenness on the surface of the whole pipe is less than 2mm.

2) What should be paid attention to in the transportation and loading and unloading of anti-corrosion spiral steel pipes?

1. Loading and unloading: use a spreader that does not damage the nozzle, and do not damage the anti-corrosion layer. All construction tools and equipment during loading and unloading. must comply with the regulations. before loading. The anti-corrosion grade, material and wall thickness of the pipes should be checked in advance, and it is not suitable to mix them.

2. Transportation: A thrust baffle needs to be installed between the trailer and the cab. When transporting the anti-corrosion spiral pipe, it is necessary to bind it firmly and take protective measures for the anti-corrosion layer in time. Rubber sheets or some soft materials are to be provided as pads between the anticorrosion pipes and the vehicle frame or uprights, and between the anticorrosion pipes.
