Pipe fittings for pipeline connection

Pipe fittings are used for pipeline connections, such as elbows, size ends, tees, caps, elbows, etc. These pipe fittings are mainly used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, shipbuilding, construction industries, and other fields. For example, some indoor heating pipes need to be connected with different diameters, some need to be connected by turning, and some need to be connected by diversion. They can use small and small head (called reducers abroad), elbows and tee fittings respectively. Of course, some of these are castings, and some are produced by processing pipes as raw materials.

The current international standard for elbows is the American national standard ansib16.9 and 16.28. The standard outer diameter sizes range from 1/2″ to 80″. Generally, seamless steel pipes are used as raw materials for those within 24″, and those from 26″ to 80″ are stamped and welded with steel plates. The maximum wall thickness is up to 60mm. The minimum is 1.24mm. Carbon steel (20#), alloy steel, and stainless steel are the most used steel grades, a total of 24 steel grades. The camo steel used on the boiler is 15cr, and the amount is relatively large.

Tee, the outer diameter range is 2.5″-60″, from 26″-60″ for welding tee. The wall thickness is 28-60mm. The size range of the big and small head is conventionally described first, and then the small head specifications. The minimum big head is 0.75, the small head minimum 0.5, the big head maximum 60, the small head maximum 48, 20-60is welded, and the wall thickness is 2.8 -4.5mm.
