Packaging method of anti-corrosion spiral pipe:

4. Packaging products should comply with relevant regulations. If there is no requirement for packaging products, it shall comply with the applicable scope of the order to avoid consumption and environmental pollution.
5. If the consumer requires that the spiral steel pipe should not be exposed to bumps and other hazards on the surface, it is possible to consider using a protective device in the middle of the spiral steel pipe. The protective device can use rubber, straw rope around the trunk, fiber cloth, plastic, pipe cap and so on.
6. If there are wire ports on both sides of the anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe, it is necessary to have British thread protection equipment for safety precautions. Apply lubricating grease or anti-rust agent to the thread opening. There are ulcers on both sides of the spiral steel pipe, and safety guards for risers can be added on both sides according to requirements.
7. If the anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe is put into a container, there will be equipment for suspending soft waterproof materials such as textile cloth and straw mats in the container. It is convenient for the spiral steel pipe of textile products to scatter in the tank, and it can be fixed on the baler or on the outside of the spiral steel pipe by arc welding, electric welding, welding, safety precautions, fixing brackets, etc.
8. Thick-walled pipe anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe can choose the precautionary measures of the fulcrum inside the pipe or the structure outside the pipe due to its thick wall and thinness. The material of the fixed bracket and the outer frame is selected from the same steel material as the material of the spiral pipe.
