a. Saw the pipe with a grinding wheel, put the pipe on the caliper of the grinding wheel saw, align the drawn line and clamp it firmly to break the pipe. When the pipe is broken, the pressure on the handle should be even, not too strong. After the pipe is broken, the iron film and burrs on the section of the pipe mouth should be removed and clean.
b. Saw the pipe by hand, fix the pipe in the pressure tongs of the pressure case, align the saw blade with the drawing line, push the saw with both hands, and keep the saw blade straight with the axis of the pipe, push and pull the saw with even force, and saw the saw. After all, no twisting or breaking is allowed to prevent deformation of the nozzle section.
2. Threading: The broken pipe is threaded into threads according to the pipe diameter. Generally, the pipe diameter is 15-32mm for 2 times, 40-50mm for 3 times, and 70mm or more for 3 times. -4 times is appropriate.
a. Use a pipe threader to thread, clamp the pipe on the pipe threader chuck, leave the appropriate length to clamp the chuck, align the plate sleeve number, install the die, and align the correct position of the scale according to the pipe diameter. Hold the fixed trigger tightly, align the lubricant tube with the thread head, turn on the push plate, wait until the thread buckle is set to the proper length, and quietly release the trigger.
b. Thread the threading plate by hand, loosen the fixed trigger, retract the plate of the pipe threading plate to zero, set the die according to the sequence number, align the plate with the required scale, tighten the fixed trigger, and place the pipe In the pressure tongs, leave an appropriate length for clamping, slip the pipe threading plate into the pipe quietly to make it tight, then push the pipe threading plate with both hands, put on 2-3 buckles, and then stand aside to pull the pipe threading plate. , The force must be even, and when the thread is about to be set, quietly release the trigger, turn on the machine to return the board, and insist that the thread should have a taper.
3. Fitting pipe fittings: Fit pipe fittings to the threaded pipes according to the on-site surveying and mapping sketch.
a. When fitting the pipe fittings, bring the required pipe fittings into the pipe thread buckle, try the tightness (usually bring in 3 buckles by hand), apply lead oil to the thread buckle, wind the hemp and bring the pipe fittings in, and then use Tighten the pipe fittings with a pipe wrench to expose 2-3 buckles of the thread, remove the hemp, wipe off the lead oil, put the number in the proper position and wait for straightening.
b. Select the appropriate pipe wrench according to the size of the pipe diameter of the fitted pipe
4. Straightening of the pipe section: Straighten the pipe section with the installed pipe fittings before the device.
a. Apply lead oil to the threaded parts of the pipe section where the pipe fittings are installed, and connect two or several sections. When connecting, you should not only pay attention to the direction of the reserved opening but take care of the tortuousness of the pipe. After aligning each other, turn the direction of the reserved opening. Go to the right spot and stick to decency.
b. After the pipe sections are connected, it is necessary to check whether the pipe diameter, the direction of the reserved openings, and the reduced diameter parts are correct according to the planning drawings before straightening.
c. The straightening of the pipe section should be placed on the pipe adjusting rack or the pipe adjusting platform. Generally, two persons are suitable for the operation. One person visually inspects the end of the pipe section, and the other person strikes with a hammer on the twists and turns, hitting and observing until Straighten the pipe section without tortuous stop and mark the mark at the connection point of the two pipe sections, remove one or several sections, and then connect another section or several sections until the adjustment stops.
d. Regarding the tortuous or large diameter pipes at the connection points of the pipe sections, the pipes can be heated to 600-800°C (flame red) by oven or gas welding and placed on the pipe rack to keep the pipe rolling, and use the weight of the pipe to make it Straighten, or use a wooden mat on the heated area to lightly align it with a hammer. After straightening, you must continue to roll before cooling. When the temperature reaches the right time, change the oil on the heated area.
Any thread that is straightened by heating must be marked with an imprint, removed, and then re-coated with lead oil and numb, and then the pipe section is aligned with the imprint and tightened.
e. When the pipe section with the valve is installed, the valve cover should be removed first when straightening, the valve should be cushioned firmly and then hit to prevent the valve body from being shattered.
f. Galvanized carbon steel pipes are not allowed to be straightened by heating.
g. Do not damage the pipe section when straightening the pipe section.
