Fourth: Before the spraying treatment, remove the grease and scale on the surface of the alloy pipe, and preheat the pipe body to 40-60 ℃ with a heating furnace to keep the surface of the alloy pipe dry, because there is no grease and other dirt on the surface of the alloy pipe, which can enhance rust removal Effect.
In addition, the dry surface of the alloy pipe is also conducive to steel shot, steel grit, rust and scale. This will make the surface of the alloy pipe cleaner after rust removal.
