Continuous pits on the surface of seamless steel pipe
cause:
1. Heavy wear on the rolls and grooves
2. The roll is not cooled well, and the surface is sticky steel
3.The surface of the conveying roller table is not smooth
4.The high temperature heating time of the abandoned tube in the heating is too long, resulting in overheating and overheating.
5.The sizing high-pressure water is not normal to remove phosphorus, and the iron oxide scale is clearly and uncleanly pressed into the surface of seamless steel pipe
Treatment method: replace the frame or repair the roller surface.
Seamless steel tubes are made of steel ingots or solid tube blanks by perforation to form capillary tubes, and then made by hot rolling, cold rolling or cold drawing. Compared with solid steel such as round steel, steel pipe is lighter in weight when the bending and torsional strength is the same.It is an economic cross-section steel, widely used in the manufacture of structural parts and mechanical parts, such as petroleum drill rods, automobile transmission shafts, and bicycles. And steel scaffolding used in building construction.
